1. Construction of Two Library Buildings in Baghlan and Takhar provinces

Massoud Foundation has received $500.000/00 donation from a private source in Germany to be spent on Library Buildings Baghlan and Takhar which are rather populous and due to absence of libraries had submitted their petition to have access to library and library facilities.

Massoud foundation in response to their request has allocated $200.000/ per library for library Buildings and $50,000/ per library for books and furniture in these two provinces. These libraries will be soon inaugurated. The students and the Researchers will soon have access to two modern libraries in near future.

5- Construction of the National Here’s Tomb

In February 2007, Massoud Foundation invited the Eqleem Tawsea Sabz Construction Company. To assess the construction cost of the Tomb on the basis of the Drawings presented. After three months the said Construction Company presented there.  Detailed Estimates and were ready to start and continue the Construction according to the specifications and plans presented through a Contract in three phases:

Phase 1:     

Reform the existing Tomb and start Building No2 which includes the Museum,  the library, the lobby, the Conference Room ( with 100 persons capacity) the Book Store and the Management  sections.

Phase2:

Construction the landscape of the building including the Entrance Arches, Guest House, Dining Room and Admin offices.

Phase3:

Construction of the Masque, the Amphitheater the lanes, and the

Parking Areas.

The unforeseen modifications of construction will be considered

cost-wise and the drawings will be modified accordingly, The

Tomb Building is not completed as yet.
